Pasch Companies Creates Foundation to Honor and Assist Veterans, Children, and Neighbors in Need
“Not only are we building communities,” Pasch Foundation CEO, Timothy Pasch explains, “we are strengthening lives.” It is the work of The Pasch Foundation and the positive impact that Tim knows it can make, that inspired and motivated him to create the foundation.
The support, honor, and dignity The Pasch Foundation can offer veterans will have a lasting impact on them and their families for generations to come. Tim says, “This legacy of support will represent faith, security, and the start of financial stability for these well deserving men and women, as well as the families who have supported them.”
Tim saw first-hand the sacrifices our country’s service members make. Tim’s grandfather fought in the Battle of the Bulge; his father, Ken Pasch, served as a gunner on the USS Hancock as a marine in WWII. His brother flew B-52s, and his nephews did three tours in the Middle East. “We never really talked about the wars, but they saw lots of their friends die and get severely wounded.”
Although he didn’t serve himself, Tim knew these experiences greatly affected these men and their family. He saw the toll that wars take on veterans. “There’s no way I can do what I do without the freedoms that they fought for,” he explains. “It’s personal to me. I realized I could do more for them.”
The Pasch Foundation plans to offer housing and other assistance to local veterans. Tim says there’s not enough support for veterans in our community. Through the foundation, he hopes to offer help in whatever form is needed.
Tim and his wife, Nicole, have a deep faith that keeps them grounded. In fact, Nicole works as a teacher and administrator at Holy Trinity Catholic school where she sees the impact that Foundation funds can and will have on struggling families and children.
“I anticipate that our foundation will be able to benefit at least one hundred people in 2024, and continue to increase year over year.” Tim promises. “I didn’t have much growing up, but I did have the love of my family that gave me strength. I’ve worked hard and have been fortunate with the opportunities I’ve had.” Now he finds himself in a position to be able to help others, and he is determined to do it.
The Pasch Foundation has already awarded more than $100,000 to Holy Trinity and York Catholic schools.
